I think one of the first steps would be to REMOVE ALL fluoride products from the USA and ALL of its states... This deadly product has been used by Hitler, Stalin, and Mao to manage their people before the democide... Hitler found he only needed 25% of his guards while the people were on Fluoride, which made them docile, Does that sound familiar??
