This has been one of the biggest weeks we've had in a long time.

The infrastructure work did not slow down this year. It sped up. The conversations that used to happen behind closed doors are happening in public now, and the pattern I keep documenting keeps repeating: the people building the systems never stop building, no matter what the price chart says on any given Tuesday.
That's what "future proves past" means to me. You go back, you read the clues, and you see how much of this was telegraphed years ahead of time.

GOLD & SILVER THIS WEEK
This week the metals told the story better than I can.
Gold has been trading roughly between $4,100 and $4,200 an ounce this week, lifting Friday as Treasury yields and the dollar eased back. Silver gave us a reminder of what volatility feels like, dropping over 6% in a single day mid-week before steadying in the upper $50s. September saw the biggest monthly pullback in gold in a while, and here's the part I keep pointing to: official buyers didn't flinch. Central banks, China front and center, kept buying through the whole dip.
That's what I watch. Not the daily wiggle. Who is accumulating, and what they do when the price dips. Paper markets shake. Sovereign buyers don't.
